Dictionary for CollisionTabulatedDataY and CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList has the same description #98

In the dictionary for the returnables, CollisionTabulatedDataY and CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList have the same description: "List of tabulated Y data values". This is quite confusing, as one has to pass the list of tabulated values to CollisionTabulatedDataYDataList.

Thanks! I'll look into it. Please note that the dictionary has its own repository at https://github.com/VAMDC/Dictionary so I move this there and close it here.
