SOP basic/advanced split #102

Adding a separate page to appropriate SOPs in order to explain certain advanced procedures and not necessarily requiring knowledge of these procedures would allow us to provide interested controllers with additional information on how to control a given station while keeping the basic SOP simple enough for trainees, guest controllers, controllers without the time/interest to learn such advanced procedures, etc. Such a split has also been requested by the LM. Some procedures currently in the normal SOP could be moved to the advanced SOP to make the normal SOP more accessible, some procedures could be explained in more detail in the advanced SOP, and some entirely new procedures could be added to the advanced SOP. An additional benefit would be in already having spelt out procedures that are required only rarely for events etc. and just having to refer controllers to the relevant section of the advanced SOP. It could also be used to test changes to the normal SOP.

A proof of concept draft is available for the EDDS SOP in the KB drafts. Such an advanced SOP is also imaginable for EDDF and potentially EDDL and EDDK as well.
