Zu AIRAC 2311 Hinterlegung der fehlenden MIL Frequenzen bzw. wo nötig/sinnvoll Anpassung.

all ground stations requested for 2311, radar stations will be requested once the necessary sectors can be implemented

@LeoKle @K0nnyy @Phil061995 im GNG sind die Stationen hinterlegt, einer von euch müsste bitte noch die o.g. Stationen außer _APP (und _ATIS, versteht sich) bei AfV hinterlegen, danke :D
