Aktuelles DFS Groundlayout für EDDF erstellen.

WIP by Manuel Pleyer. Aktuell fast fertig, kml Datei ging leider verloren.

Erste Version in GNG vorhanden, noch kein angepasstes ASR file. Stopbars machen aktuell noch ein paar Probleme und sind noch nicht eingepflegt.
