Nörvenich aus der Sektor Prio vom DKA rausnehmen. Nörvenich bleibt weiterhin als S3 mit dem Login EDDK_NOR_APP lotsbar und übernimmt DKA, sofern nicht vorhanden. NOR ist nicht mehr teil der APP Ausbildung.
