AFIS Profile with ASRs #197

Hello,

in this pull request to the 2407 AIRAC, I wanted to add an AFIS Profile to the Pack. I already heared, that the AFIS Airfield will soon get into the FIS Package, but I personally think for the time being they can be added in here.

@pa-ulex Langfristig seh ich das Thema AFIS eher hier: https://github.com/VATGER-Nav/fis-package

Ich weis allerdings nicht genau wie @Frenkii und @LeoKle aktuell dazu stehen.

Ok, wenn's hier nicht passt, dann gehts ab ins FIS Pack
