All relevant changes

removed Flight Plan Seperation (real world behaviour)
new manual alert "weather"
new Multi QDM tool
changed RDF only available on EDDF and EDDS approach (real world behaviour)
disabled MTCD and AIW on APP/DEP stations
disabled MSAW on Phoenix PRF
updated some windows/lists
added Area level-labels shown on default on EDGG profile
fixed squawk assignments issues (hopefully)
fixed all hotkeys
