What do you suggest?

If you click on the airplane icon, you will see the CallSign in the small box. It would be nicer to show the airline name there, if available.

With regard to virtual airlines, it would be nice if the entries in the remarks with CS/"AIRLINENAME" would overwrite the displayed airline name, because there are overlaps with the ICAO's of many virtual airlines. This would save a lot of tedious work.

Why do you need that?

Possibility of better allocation of aircraft to their airlines.

There is one disagreement here, the call sign is often written in the CS field, not the airline's name. And displaying exactly the call sign is kind of weird. There will be a bunch of Speedbirds instead of British Airways.

Okay, you might be right about that. Maybe you can counter this with a Remark entry VA/Airlinename

I'm harping on about this because I'm CEO of three VAs and we have precisely this problem, namely that our ICAOs collide with real ICAOs.

Unfortunately, we are always displayed incorrectly in Simaware. And that would be a real shame, because this map is really great and represents a significant improvement on IVAO's Webeye, which many of our pilots really missed.

Ultimately, I have to say, I wouldn't care how it is ultimately implemented. ;-) It would just be nice if it were implemented, because it would of course also be good advertising for all VAs, because you might be recognized and the user would then look at the map.

This would add further clutter to the aircraft display. What useful information does this provide?

Just the airline name if you don't recognize the callsign. I think it's a valuable little piece that could be implemented in a nice, non-intrusive way like it is on SimAware. Screenshot_20240705-145727

I don't share the opinion that this makes it confusing.

Every established map includes the display of airline names. Be it Flightradar24, Webeye, Simaware or the many other live maps that already exist.

I can only see many advantages from this:

Only by displaying the ICAO code is it not always possible for the user to make a clear assignment to an airline. They would then have to research this themselves.
It is also useful for pilots on Unicom to be able to address each other correctly.

This is definitely a cleaner look. The airline should definitely not take precedent over the actual callsign (as suggested in the original image)
