Split of the Nairobi FIR into two, which would see a north and south sector when both sectors are online, to match real life.
Sectors would be: HKNA_CTR (121.300 MHz) [north] HKNA_S_CTR (120.500 MHz) [south]
Would be particularly useful during the upcoming African RWO Nairobi event, so workload can be better managed, especially for traffic into Mombasa.
When HKNA_S_CTR is offline, HKNA_CTR will cover entirety of the Nairobi FIR. Once online, HKNA_S_CTR will cover the southern bit top-down.
HKNA_S_CTR created with frequency 125.300
HKNA_CTR will own North when S is online.
