Right, I'm gonna push this to 2209, mostly to have time to see the diffs to the current one. Might extract some elements from here though for 2208. Will follow up next week.

Can I rework this issue fully? Create a new ground layout from scratch, do the same with a few others too? (I'll document the others too)

Yes, but if we can get the OSM/QGIS stuff to work with TopSky/GroundRadar, that will allow us to move very quickly on all of these.
