[BUG] VFR traffic data strip is very difficult to read in lists. #36

Describe the Bug VFR traffic in the flight lists with the "FREE" sector state is very difficult to read due to the colour used.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open FASA Local.prf
  2. log into position with VFR traffic.

Expected Behavior The data strip should be easier to read when highlighted.

Fixed by making the "Unconcerned" color a bit lighter.
