2411 initial climbs

What kind of change does this PR introduce? Added Initial climb default values to be used in the departure list via the TopSky Initial climb (DEP List) item. The initial climb is set by clicking on the item and the initial climb will be highlighted already. Then the user needs to confirm it by clicking the value again.
