[BUG] FAGC Ground Radar Map appears on FASA CTR ASR #81

Describe the Bug The FACG ground Radar map appears in the FASA_CTR.asr

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Open FASA Local.prf

Expected Behavior This map should be on a separate ASR as it makes use of the GR Plugin, which cannot exist on the same .asr as TopSky
