Describe Your Changes

Firstly I removed the PRF line from the .gitignore, as Miguel's test was successful. I copied and uploaded the PRF files from the current AIRAC 2408 package, and then I added ASR fast keys for FQNC's ASR file.

@RoboFun01 , we're not accepting .PRF code changes at this point. Because they are the index files, they'll be subject to more restrictive code changes. We'll keep the .prfs in the gitignore for now.
