Currently, the GOBD_APP TMA is a single body of airspace, ranging from FL055 to FL145.
However, in the real world, the Dakar Diass TMA is split between FL045 to FL145 and between FL145 to FL245 allowing for greater flexibility in airspace management. With GOBD having been selected as an inbound airport for CTP, it's now relevant to split the airspace into two positions to allow better management of the traffic flows.
Describe the solution you'd like
Creation of GOBD_U_APP with the frequency 129.5 (to be validated) that will own the Upper TMA, FL145 to FL245. May require a review of the current sector structure for GOOY.
We may also use this opportunity to fix some Sector Issues in GOOO:
