[FEAT] Renaming of some _GNDs to _A_GND #5

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Changing of some _GND positions in Nairobi to designators A_GND, to more closely match IRL callsigns.

Describe the solution you'd like Airports such as HKJK, HKNW, HKMO and so on have designators "Apron", I feel we should potentially also change designators from _GND to _A_GND to match this a bit better. i.e. Nairobi Apron (HKJK_A_GND).

@notbxno , besides the naming convention, what are the main differences for HKJK Apron vs a traditional Ground position?

I thought I'd sent a reply to this, apparently not for some reason:

In Nairobi, Ground has control of the taxiways within airports, Apron is limited to their only Apron spaces.

Got it. Let me do a test run with HKMO when I get back, document what that change requires (as always, GNG, AfV, etc.) and then we basically can do all of them in a day.
