London AC Dover static boundary #290

Summary of issue/change

Map out the London AC Dover sector in the format demonstrated in _data\Old\Static Boundaries.txt

Lines should be drawn for the surrounding lateral boundaries, and then any lines within the main sector where the vertical boundary changes. The best source of this will be the agreed levels diagrams for AC Worthing/Dover and TC SW/SE and the sector lines for TC TIMBA and TC BIG in EuroScope.
