Add major hospital helipad markers #3913

Propose adding markers to use on radar/atm/app profiles, for major hospital helipads in each zone.

Increasing availability of EC35 and EC45 aircraft and the apparent popularity of the VHEMS system means more traffic is flying simulated HEMS operations. Having these markers available will enable controllers to understand more precisely where these pilots are routing.

Sources

Google maps satellite photos of relevant hospitals to provide lat/long information.

Files to be changed (if known)

Unsure where in the Sector File to place these. Perhaps a new file in Misc?

Remove Cardiff Heliport, it's got an ICAO code and is already included in the sector file.

Ah yes. So it does! Have removed from my master list and will send a new version
