What are the changes?

• Holding point E1 renamed E
• Holding point E2 removed
• Remove yellow taxiway line between the red marker and the new holding point E as this is no longer taxiway (see reference image below)
• Potentially recolour this whole area as well to differentiate from the taxiway colour
