Online Rings for EGHH and EGHI

I have sent you an invite to start collaborating with the UKSF team - you need to accept before the task can be assigned.

You'll be making a new SECTOR definition using the information from the file listed here: http://www.euroscope.hu/mediawiki/index.php?title=ESE_Files_Description#The_Sector_Subsection

The section we need to update is

CIRCLE_SECTORLINE:HITWR:EGHI:2.5 DISPLAY:HIAPP:HIAPP:HITWR DISPLAY:HITWR:HIAPP:HITWR

This is currently what determines if the TWR online ring is shown.

You would need to add a line for the new arrangements too.

We should also consider if TCSouth should also know that Solent is online

@cpawley - there aren't any 'Only GND/TWR/APP' online rings at all for EGHI/HH. My suggestion is that the rings will work rather like the ESSEX/SS DIR/GW APP/GW DIR ones do.
