Set VCCS PTT and audio device via LogonDetails.exe #911

What is the current situation?

Currently, VCCS has to be configured manually (in terms of PTT and audio devices)

What is the proposed change?

Modify LogonDetails.exe to set VCCS PTT and audio devices. (And check it's possible of course)
