vStrips and vSMR Stand Integration #184

@AndyTWF vStrips already appears to modify assigned stands in EuroScope. In the example below, I have selected stand 153 at Gatwick in vStrips for AFR1010 and it has then updated the SPad column with the same stand.

@chssn That's not UKCPs TAG items - it uses flight strip annotations / scratchpad in ES and doesn't actually assign the stand in our central repository, it's only done in the controllers own ES instance :) We recently introduced dedicated TAG items for UK stands rather than using the "Speed box" workaround.

We need this functionality so they can integrate with the UKs (soon to be realised) central stand management system.

We're working with the vStrips team to implement this so all the UK controllers can work off one allocation system :)
