[BUG or Feature] FIR Activity Tracking #14

Describe the bug Multiple FIR's have requested (via Discord) to have the ability to track FIR activity. There is a tab under FIR Tracking now called Activity which lists the controllers but have no stats. It would be handy to allow staff to track their FIR activity.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to FIR Management
  2. Click on Activity

Expected behavior Ideally have the stats of the current month and perhaps the previous month.

This is a feature request. I see the desire to have activity tracking on the VATCAN website. 3 categories for the FIR activity page will be added: This month, last month, and YTD.

The Active category will appropriately be calculated based on generic GCAP requirements.
