[FEATURE] Exams - Retaking Exam Time Period #18

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. All exam retakes are currently set to '7' days. As per GCAP, exams are now set to 72 hours (3 days). However, if the student fails the exam again after the 3 day period, an additional 'cool down' period for study can be extended.

Describe the solution you'd like The exams are being set to 3 days now and would like to see an additional field where we can change the exam retake period. For instance the 2nd cool or subsequent cool down period to be 7 days.

Additional context This is not a critical feature as per GCAP.

Initial cooldown is now 3 days. I have to put a second field for secondary cooldown

After further consideration, I'd like to just keep one cooldown period of 3 days. As per GCAP, it doesn't matter whether they pass or fail anyways.

We are building this into policy. This will also benefit the sub-divisions to reduce periods of influx with non-proficient members who just can't read/understand.
