This update integrates the main website with Moodle.
New Academy tab of Profile and Member Management to track and manage Academy ratings exams.
Updates eligibility requirements to include Moodle exams.
Adds Academy to navbar for easy access.
Removes ability to assign ratings exams on the Legacy Exam Center.
