Reference VATSIM user 1189448. The user was flagged as suspended/inactive on 2021-08-16 and rejoined on 2021-08-25, but has been flagged as returning user gone for more than 6 months, and have to go through the process as a new controller again including having to redo the basic exams instead of automatically being placed back in the existing ARTCC.
How can it be reproduced?
Transfer out a user from the division or suspend them for a few days, then transfer them back in.
