Pretty urls give me error 404. Please help ! #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I change the hosting.
2. I upload all database
3. I installed pretty urls, when i go to enable, in the test page go to
error 404

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Error 404

What version of the mod, and what version of SMF are you using?
1.0RC  SMF 1.1.10

What other mods do you have installed?
Youtube

Please provide any additional information below.
In my previous server works fine, in the new server cannot work.
I try with repair_settings and nothing, I try with this two steps on this
page and nothing, everytime i go to enable, in one of the test pages, error
404.

The only change is, the attachment directory is on a different drive than
the forum.

Please help !!

Your new server mustn't support this mod. Nothing really I can do to help you 
with that!

Good to see the test page helps though... far better than breaking your entire 
forum.

Hi, it´s an dedicated server with apache installed. I backup  the database 
from the
old one and import in the new one. All is up and running but just pretty mod 
that
works in the old server.

And you've enabled mod_rewrite and .htaccess? If it's a dedicated server you 
should
be able to do that yourself if you need to.

Mod_rewrite is enabled but .htaccess i think it´s working but i don´t know, 
how can i
enable or check if it´s ?

Ok, it´s up and running now, yeahhhhh !!  you give me the way, just putting
Allowoverride all in apache httpd.conf .
