Still Showing Old Topic URL's #136

I am using smf 1.11.12 and have Pretty Urls 1-0RC

Even after I run Maintenance Tasks any Topic URL that have been changed/amended 
wont update, still showing old topic text in URL's.

Is there anyway to get pretty URL's to refresh ALL the URL's to current?

Also I cannot uninstall old version (needed to install newer version) error is 
package does not have uninstaller!

Brilliant Mod though :)

Any help with these issues would be great
