Install fails in News.php on 2.0.8

Please provide URLs which show this problem (If you do not we cannot help

Can't it fails the install checks.

Please describe this problem in detail:
Try to install and get "Test failed" on ./Sources/News.php

What version of the mod, and what version of SMF are you using?
SMF 2.0.8   PrettyUrls1.1.1a.zip

What other mods do you have installed?
Only http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=3559

Please provide any additional information below.

Same Error.,...
When installing this mod,..it says Test failed on "./Sources/News.php"
I am using 2.0.8 smf version.
Kindly fix this error completely !!
