This PR adds preliminary support for OrinNX on DevKit. Only the dtsi and the dts patch, no integration in the quickstart.sh or update of the README yet.
The max_speed.sh script is also required in this configuration.
The first 2 commits are little cleanups and i could open them in a separate PR or drop them if you prefer.
Tested it works 'as bad as a XavierNX on DevKit', at least it behaves the same. The remaining issues seem not related to OrinNX but to JetPack 5.
