Fixed PMODE 4 Color #112

PMODE4 composite now uses the correct green color rather than artifacted white. Also added some notes in tcc1014graphics.c to start the process of mapping the code to actual screen modes.

Fixed PMODE 4 color, started adding some notes to the graphics routines so we can begin to map them to actual screen formats. Also removed obnoxious "ABORT PASTING!!" debug message that I left in there when I added copy/paste.
