Duplicating WT VCO does not copy its contents #130

When duplicating a WT VCO with an externally loaded wavefile, the title of the wavefile is copied, but not the contents. The oscillator outputs silence, so it's not a failure of the visualizer.

This is not really an issue with Fundamental but with Rack's duplicate feature not cloning the module's patch storage directory. I have added this feature for the next version of Rack.
