Add support for Vult scripts #29

The Vult compiler is included as a single .h file containing the Js code that is executed with QuickJS. The Vult compiler produces Lua code that is execute with the Lua engine.

Rebased and merged. You now have write access to this repository, so you do not need to open a PR to make changes.
