Add security warning when loading unsafe scripts from foreign locations

A patch could come from

• Preset paste (module context menu or Ctrl-V over panel)
• Entire patch
• Loaded script

Probably a dialog warning the user once is necessary, and its answer is stored in a global config file.

Add warning message with 15feeab. Need to save that answer to VCV-Prototype.json.
