we cannot currently perform automated change detection on IFC data so determining which building in IFC and CityGML should be aligned will be done manually
Alignment of each corresponding building should be done according to proposed mappings from the state of the art
output should be an RDF graph that can easily be combined with UD-Graph or IFCtoOWL rdf graphs
