The PR 31 contains major changes related to the integration of rules related to workspace and versioning. Though the code contains necessary comments and documentation, it is important to add some diagrams related to

[x] Description of the pipeline for data transformation, especially the use of CityGML 3.0
[x] Use of OWLReady2 for the verification of rules
[x] Use of external ontologies (not related to CityGML 2.0/3.0) like iso19150-2, iso19136-bt, skos, time-extension.owl, workspace.owl

@johnsamuelwrites I've added some documentation to the rules and datasets.

Could you take a look at these and see if they satisfy this issue?

In the meantime, I will focus on issue #35
