This PR:

• Updates the repository documentation to reflect the proposed ontologies and datasets migrated to https://dataset-dl.liris.cnrs.fr/rdf-owl-urban-data-ontologies/
• Removes said ontologies and datasets to complete the migration (ontologies and datasets in the test-data folder are still available)
• Resolves documentation issue #33
• Partially resolves documentation issue #35
  • Documentation specific to the Gratte Ciel Workspace data and its generation will be documented in UD-Reproducibility
  • Non Gratte Ciel Workspace specific data or transformation workflow documentation is provided in this PR

Well reverting the ontology and dataset folders breaks the PR's files changed view... There's just too many changes for github.

I propose reverting the branch to its state this morning (without the ontologies and datasets) and then adding them back directly to the master branch

Ah it looks like two links towards the "currently missing but to be re-added" ontology and dataset folders. I've updated them.
