Improvements the legonizer widget

Improved voxel view with the addition of the correct number of lego plates (voxel highlighted in white).
Slight optimisation of voxel creation in the view.
Change the ratio parameter to scale to clarify this parameter.
Maximum lego height parameter added to the UI.
Removal of data selection by cityObject. Selecting an area to voxelise has become simpler.
Add listeners to the xLegoPlates and yLegoPlates parameters that update the selection zone
