Conda build is giving me an error about symlinking, but this should work https://github.com/VDBWRAIR/bioconda-recipes/tree/art/recipes/art

Alright, I fixed the build issue, apparently you need to ensure $PREFIX/bin exists

I'm going to make the pull request for art and will check it off the list above once they merge it
