install.sh improvements #201

While at AFRIMS, they voiced concern about how easy upgrades would be

This fixes a bug with INSTALL_PATH not being absolute when specified as argument and also attempts to reuse existing miniconda installation if it exists in same path as INSTALL_PATH

I think that should help with upgrades in the future

This also creates install.log which contains all output from install.sh which will be nice to allow users to upload to an issue if installation fails
