Allow to skip the respawn animation by pressing a button. Now, I have hardcoded "Z", but in the future this can be easily changed
Put the respawn animation duration as a serialize field so that the duration can be changed from the editor

I would approve with right click to skip as before since otherwise we will probably forget this feature and with Z we already know it will be changed, so we can just avoid an extra pr. Instead of right click it would be even better to check userinput "noclip" so that it will work on all other configured input devices already.

Done. Anyway, I guess that decision (together with the animation time and the hint messages) can be done in a final polishing step
