dfatmo: migrate from python2 to python3 #228

successfully tested with dfatmo-df10ch
dfatmo-file and dfatmo-serial have not been tested
kodi-addon-dfatmo is currently incompatible with kodi >= 19.0 (irrespective of the python version)

Would be better to import the change, you did, from an upstream pull request, but as you already created Issues there, I think it is OK to do this (partial) fix on our side.

But: Can you please increase pkgrel?
