No dedicated radial acceptances are available for reduced high voltage runs (scripts use by default those from V6 nominal high voltage).

This requires to compile a run list of observations without strong gamma-ray sources and run the radial acceptance calculation scripts.

This is not a code issue, but related to IRF production. Removing it.
