Critical bug in RA/Dec calculation used in DL3 Event trees #171

This line is obviously wrong: https://github.com/VERITAS-Observatory/EventDisplay_v4/blob/2286b292b797f7da450b6fb495d330474df65edf/src/VStereoAnalysis.cpp#L2207

This means that all DL3-related analysis are wrong, as event directions are calculated incorrectly.

Most affected are runs with wobble directions East or West.
