To run v2dl3 on VEGAS files, the instruction given in README about pyV2DL3 installation gives the following error:

option --use-feature: invalid choice: 'in-tree-build' (choose from '2020-resolver', 'fast-deps')

Instructions have been updated and v2dl3 transfered to v2dl3-vegas
