v2dl3_qsub and V2DL3/pyV2DL3/script/helper/qsub_convert.sh is Eventdisplay specific and probably also depends on the environment at DESY.

Should be removed from V2DL3 and moved to Eventdisplay_AnalysisScripts_VTS.
