Branch pbh_trans_finder still relevant? #169

Note that both v2dl3_qsub.py and qsub_convert.sh has been removed from V2DL3, as this should not part of this repository (dependency on job submission system, etc; also gridengine is on the way out and will disappear even at DESY at event of the year).

Hi Gernot. I created this branch to freeze the version for my thesis. @IftachSadeh might need to use it for the paper in the future I guess. Also v2dl3_qsub was not added to the ED analysis scripts in the end (see https://github.com/VERITAS-Observatory/Eventdisplay_AnalysisScripts_VTS/pull/34 ). However, for bulk analysis, as I was running, it is useful. (20s * 20000runs = 4.6 days). So in case, Iftach needs to rerun v2dl3 in the future it will be helpful to have this script at least here.

OK, would have been clearer with a tag, I now have to remember not to delete the branch....(and I like cleaning up things)
