For the lines: https://github.com/VERITAS-Observatory/V2DL3/blob/c39414fd907161b8c8d86f28ecf4aec6f877e7b5/pyV2DL3/vegas/irfloader.py#L54-L55 it appears that when a single run triggers the exception shown in these lines, it means that this run will fail processing.
