In Concepts: Engineering Methodologies, reformat reference links into inline links. #11

Currently the page has many links to difference sources for more information. This is great! However these are currently in the form of standard copy pasted weblinks that can be of varying and length and take attention away from the article. Reformatting these into in line links will allow for a more easily digestible article that's generally more neat and user friendly. Ideally these would come in the form of Website name: Article Title.

I don't know how to set a sprint date in these, but I will do it once I figure out how.
