Add secondary functions for earlyBot #16

Since each robot is different, the mechanical arms, launchers and things need to be rebuilt from scrap. This robot is going to be used to lift mobile goals and move them around. This team needs to write the functions to do that. The team should speak to Luke Henderson or Patrick Rust on the build team to get more information about the requirements.
